#101: Morning Smoothie And Supplements

I started experimenting with morning smoothies for my breakfast around 3 years ago and since then I never look back at making other types of breakfast like bread and butter stuff… Sure I make exceptions, but for my morning routine I just do the morning smoothie. It saves time and gives me the energy I need for the day. Also inspired by the smoothie of Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s smoothie:

  • 250ml Water
  • 250ml Soy Milk, Oat Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 5 Tablespoons Oat Flakes
  • 140g Broccoli Sprouts
  • 1 Banana
  • 50g Mango
  • 100g Mix of Strawberries and Blueberries
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomatoe
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)

Additional Supplements/Vitamins I currently take in the morning:

  • NAD+ Booster
  • Resveratrol
  • Omega-3
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Creatin Powder (added to the Smoothie)
  • Protein Powder (added to the Smoothie)
