#144: Self-Quarantine

So I traveled to an area, the Philippines, which is affected by COVID-19. Even if the official number of active cases was below 100 at that time I needed to go through crowded places like airports, where I observed people are not washing their hands, to fly back home. And also in the planes there were a lot of other people.

I’m feeling awesome, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t get infected somehow, because the virus can cause infections with no symptoms at all. So it’s just reasonable to do self-quarantine for 14 days. That means I will only go out if it’s necessary for buying things or doing some sports outside like running or doing exercises with gymnastic rings on a tree. If you have been in the same situation don’t just think about yourself and do self-quarantine to prevent spreading the virus to people with a weak immune system.
