The last Recovery Week was around 3 months ago, so I’m at least 2 weeks behind my schedule, but this time it was hard to just say
This week I’m not doing any sports activities!
I remember editing my reminder to reschedule the recovery week to the next week and to the next and so on… Another reason for that is that I really like to do the workout with the gymnastic rings right now and the weather is nice outside for a 10k run once a week. But also taking a break is necessary sometimes, so the upcoming week will be another recovery week. It’s like taking a break from eating. To appreciate and be thankful for what you have.
