#205: Being Able To Train Again

The last week was a recovery week for me and this was at least one reason why the last week felt longer than usual. Today I did the first sports activities which was doing some workout with the paralletes and running for at least 10k afterwards. I was just happy and thankful for being able to train again. When you do a lot of routines it’s easy to take everything for granted. Right now it brings me much value to take things away for a specific time, may that be sports, food or not being able to be part of a party.
