Recently Notion made their personal plan completely free. Before that, you had to pay after a specific amount of “blocks”, $5 each month. I think that was a reason why I didn’t try it out at all and I was completely satisfied with the free plan of Evernote. I’m using Evernote now since around 7 years and lately it felt like it started to not work as expected e.g. synchronization errors, after deleting a note it was still there, annoying pop ups to switch to a paid plan. I think it’s a good time to try out Notion now.
