Yesterday I started with another 3 day water fast. This time the beginning felt easier than last time, I think one reason could be because I already slowed down this week when it comes to routines like doing sports (it’s recovery week), another reason could be the timeframe, because the last time was in August last year and it was more warm and I also was outside more compared to yesterday. I looked at my notes from the last time and I wrote for the first day:
when I smelled food outside, the hunger was real
Also this time I made the blogpost from yesterday and told some of my friends about it, so also there is more commitment. And one of the biggest takeaways for myself is that I just did it already once, so I know I can do it this time also and what to expect.
