#31: Meditation

Regular meditation opens the avenues of intuitional knowledge, makes the mind calm and steady, awakens an ecstatic feeling, and brings the practitioner in contact with the source of his/her very being. - Swami Sivananda

Meditation feels like taking time for yourself. It teaches me continuously to accept that the mind stands never still and to accept wandering thoughts and just let them pass without judging. It’s a great start for the day and a great end of the day. It feels like that time does not exist.
