When you have a profile on a job social media platform like LinkedIn, you probably received some messages from Headhunters. They also send you contact requests even you never met them to probably stand more out from the crowd of Headhunters. To stand even more out as a Headhunter I would suggest to find other ways than through the social media platform itself. Check if the person has a homepage and a contact opportunity there e.g. mail or contact form. That’s probably more outstanding.
